Our Mission
The mission of NCF is to provide (young) adults with educational opportunities, to acquire and improve their literacy skills necessary to be self-sufficient, to achieve their educational goals and to participate effectively as productive workers, family members and citizens. Along with supporting the above mission statement, NCF prioritizes the goal of assisting (young) adults in gaining skills to obtain meaningful employment. NCF sees the priority of educational opportunities and employment training as the most effective means of assisting our (young) adults in all areas of their lives.
Our Vision
Vision NCF builds as a partner to the chain that leads to (study and of employment) success of participants. We believe, if we all work together towards ONE goal, we can achieve it must faster than working AGAINST EACH OTHER towards the SAME goal. The cooperation with local government, businesses, and stakeholders in education is crucial.
We will continue to strive in preparing our (young) adults for a successful future. To do this, we will:
Create places to learn and work where our candidates are happy, recognized and fulfilled
Respond to the changes of our candidates (their ambitions, differences, learning styles)
Offer all candidates a range of learning programs to help them discover their passions and potential
Provide candidates a comprehensive career-based education in partnership with organizations, agencies and institutes
