The Job Program is an initiative of the Local Government, funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour. The Labour Department is the commissioning agency and NCF is contracted to execute the program.
Target Group: (Young) adults, who are unemployed, are invited to be a part of this program.
Aim: The aim is to train, connect and supervise unemployed persons to a job best suited for them. The Job coach provides guidance support on that job.
The Job Program Outline:
The program starts with an initial training for a maximum of two months for all candidates. During this training the focus is placed on their preparedness for the labour market. Their attitudes and behaviors are brought into focus

- Personal empowerment
- Personality training
- Work attitude
- Communication
- Customer service
- Resume & interview skills
- Career testing
