A guidance counselor/job coach is assigned to ensure the success of the participant. Along with the entry/placement test is also an educational intake and care intake is done with the participants, it is determined what factors are important to the success of the participants. Each participant will get personal assistance as needed to the factors that are a barrier together with the participant to eliminate in a practical way.
This assistance consists of psychosocial support, practical assistance, support in child care and transportation. When a serious problem is identified, participants are referred to a specialist for help in the form of a social worker (NCF internal) or a psychologist (external), addiction treatment, psychiatry or other specialists.
Participants of 18 to 24 years old can make use of the services of the Expertise Center Education care (ECE), an island partnership focused on giving support in learning difficulties or specific learning needs.
